Prepare document photos and a correctly sized print sheet
Set millimetre dimensions, copy count and paper size, then download individual photos and a PDF for printing.
Set the photo dimensions
Open Document photo and load an image. Select a size preset or enter custom width and height in millimetres. Align the face with the guides; guides do not appear in downloads.
Choose resolution and paper
Choose 300 or 600 dpi for the individual photograph. Select 10×15 cm, 13×18 cm, A4 or Letter paper, the sheet orientation, copy count, margins and gaps. The print sheet is prepared at 300 dpi.
Check layout capacity
The editor shows how many copies fit. If the request does not fit, reduce copies or margins or select a larger sheet. Enable cut marks if needed, then press Prepare photo and print sheet.
Download and print
Download the individual photo as JPG or PNG, the sheet as JPG or the print sheet as PDF. Print the PDF at Actual size / 100%, with Fit to page and borderless enlargement off. Measure one photo after printing.
Practical tips
Cropping, clothing and print-sheet preparation are free in the browser. Only optional OpenAI background removal spends credits. The same physical size can have different pixel dimensions at 300 and 600 dpi.
