Remove an object with the selection brush
Paint over an unwanted object so the editor can reconstruct the surrounding area while keeping unselected pixels protected.
Upload the photograph
Open Remove object and choose a JPEG, PNG or WebP up to 20 MB and 24 MP. The brush editor appears after the source loads.
Mark the object
Choose a brush size and paint over the entire unwanted object, including its shadow when that should also disappear. Use Undo, Redo or Clear to correct the selection. An empty selection cannot be submitted.
Start the removal
Choose the model and quality and inspect the displayed cost. Start the task. A selection mask and reduced source are used for processing; this tab does not require a text prompt.
Inspect the repaired area
Check the selected area and its boundary for repeated textures or unnatural lines. Download JPG if the repair fits. For another attempt, adjust the selection before starting a new paid request.
Practical tips
Leave a little surrounding context for a natural repair, but avoid marking areas you want to keep. To remove the entire background instead of one object, use the transparent-background guide.
